class="three_fourth last"> So I had my first weigh in on Tuesday. My goal was a 4 lbs weight loss, and I was really nervous. I don&#8217;t want to be one of those people that looks at a scale everyday, so I think doing a weigh-in once a week with my trainer to track my progress is a good thing. Well the good news is I made my goal&#8230;and some. I was excited to hear that I had lost 7 lbs in the first week. I am realistic in knowing that the first week might be the highest weight loss week, but the fact that I lost weight and feel great made for an amazing surprise. I am not celebrating yet, I do have a bit of work to do to accomplish my goal, but I feel good!</div> <br
